We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To Provide and Maintain Our Services: To create your account, process your payments, and deliver the core functionality of the Keystone Message, Echo, or YourTallTale.

• To Create Your Voice Model: Your Voice Data is used exclusively to generate your unique voice clone.

• To Train Your Conversational AI: Your stories and other User Content are used to condition the language model for your specific Echo.

• To Communicate With You: To send you service-related announcements, updates, and support messages.

• For Security and Fraud Prevention: To protect the integrity of our platform and our users.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who perform services for us or on our behalf, but only for the purposes described in this policy. These include:

• Cloud Hosting Providers (e.g., Google Cloud): To securely store your User Content and Voice Data.

• AI Service Providers (e.g., Google Gemini, ElevenLabs): To process your data to create the voice clone and conversational model. These partners are prohibited from using your data for their own purposes or for training their general models.

• Payment Processors (e.g., Stripe): To securely handle financial transactions.

• Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

4. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

We will retain your Personal Information and User Content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Services. For Lineage Echo, we will retain the data for the “endowment” period necessary to fulfill our service obligation to your designated recipients, after which it will be securely deleted according to our data retention policies.

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, or delete your data. You can manage your account information and content through your account settings or by contacting us directly. Legacy Creators have the right to review, update, or delete their recorded content at any time prior to their passing.
